Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after purchase and another with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping Methods and ETA
We ship worldwide from our partner warehouses. Estimated delivery time after shipping:
USA and Canada: 7 to 15 business days
Europe: 7 to 15 business days
UK: 6 to 12 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 18 business days
Latin America (including Brazil): 12 to 25 business days
Other countries/remote areas: 10 to 25 business days
Note: During peak season or customs inspections, deliveries may take slightly longer.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are activated 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and taxes levied by local customs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Address Changes and Order Edits
If you need to change your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order by email at [support email]. Once processing begins, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
Delivery Issues
If your package shows as Delivered, but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors and your local post office.
For lost or damaged shipments, please contact us within 7 days of the scanned delivery date—we'll help open a carrier investigation and find a solution.
Split Shipments
Items in the same order may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. You'll receive tracking information for each package.
Incorrect/Undeliverable Address
Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped after the correct address is provided. Reshipping fees may apply.
